Calls, texts, or emails are only for canceling or rescheduling within 24-hours of an appointment, and some post-visit follow up. That's it. Nothing else will be answered over the phone or in text.

I focus on the people right in front of me— whether I'm behind the chair, or at home. I try to maintain being fully present in the moment, rather than chasing messages.
